What is NFC?
NFC (Near Field Communication) lets compatible phones read a nearby chip. Tap your phone on the card to open your business’s review link.
Does the customer need an app?
No extra app is needed. Your review page opens in the phone’s normal browser; Google may ask the customer to sign in to leave a review.
Does NFC require a battery?
No. The passive NFC chip draws power from the customer’s phone during the tap.
Does it work with iPhones?
Many recent iPhones support NFC reading. Availability and the tap location vary by model. The QR code is always there as a backup.
What if the customer's phone doesn’t support NFC?
They can scan the QR code with their phone camera instead.
Can I use it for Google Reviews?
Yes. We set up your card with your Google Business Profile review link. Customers decide what feedback to leave.
Can I change the destination later?
Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss changing the destination and whether your card needs reprogramming.
How long does delivery take?
